If you are a couple looking for quiet and luxurious accommodation at a decent price at Fort William look no further than Crolinnhe Guest House. After 42 years of absence (from my study years at Glasgow University) I decided to bring my wife and our best friends to Scotland for a big road tour. Looking for accommodation for our stay at Fort William I came up with this establishment which looked very nice. I can assure you that it is even better in reality. Sophie (the owner) was immediately helpful and courteous in accommodating our needs, providing information for sightseeing and restaurants. We felt like royalty. It was an unforgettable experience and the best place I stayed throughout this tour of Scotland. Impeccable taste and style in everything from the rooms, the garden and the bathrooms, which are out of this world (5 star PLUS!) and of course the amazing view of the loch from our window. The place is also very close to the town center and you do not need a car to go round the town. This is NOT the place for families with noisy children.

This was my final accommodation once I finished part of the West Highland Way. All I can is, WOW. I was greeted immediately by Sophie who was so sweet and showed me to my room. The interior is absolutely immaculate- I felt like a princess in my beautifully decorated room, the bed was cozy, the views were amazing. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is extremely close to town and to an assortment of restaurants. I highly recommend staying here if given the opportunity.

Highly recommend! Gorgeous home and property. The views over Loch Linnhe were stunning. The accommodations were amazing and the breakfast was fantastic. This is a meticulously maintained home with every amenity included. A short walk to the main streets in Fort William.

Sophie runs the loveliest guest house we have ever stayed at. The room was over the top of luxury, the breakfasts were delicious. The host , Sophie, was so kind warm and welcoming. So I have never stayed in a place as wonderful.
