What visitors say
A wonderful place to get up close and feed some animals. The highland cows are a highlight and learning their names and personalities made us laugh. The chickens strutted about and the bunnies hopped about, bringing smiles to all our faces. Worth a visit.

We booked a Hands-on Highland Cow Experience and had an amazing time! No one else booked during our time slot so we each had our own cow. The farm was very well-maintained and we loved getting to feed all of the animals. I made friends with the goats and enjoyed the alpacas and rabbits. The farmer was very informative and such a nice man. He really helped us out that day. I would definitely recommend the Farm if you're in the area, even if you just stop by to feed the animals. It's a beautiful place. They also serve delicious coffee and have a cute little store.

I guess this place is aimed at kids who need adults of course to take them but I at 50+ had a wonderful time. At first glance from seeing the farm in passing from the road on the way to Lochness I thought we'd be in and out in 30 minutes but once through the door there were many animals to see and activities to do. From Highland cows to pigs and goats the animals seemed happy and playful. There's also go-karts and a under fives play area. The animals also appreciate you feeding them. You can purchase feed for £2 available on entry. Other facilities at the Farm include a coffee bar which also serves snacks. As for souvenir merch it was a big no,no as £25 for a t-shirt is OTT. Parking is on site for free. Please give yourself a good 2-3 hours to visit. This big kid had a great time.

This is hands down the BEST place to see the Highland Cows (Coos) up close! We came to Scotland by cruise ship Celebrity Eclipse, and none of their excursions talked about seeing the Highland Coos. So, we googled them and found Farm Ness which was less than 30 minutes to go by taxi. You also can pay to feed them, you can pet the one without horns, and when you feed them it goes thru a chute. They are absolutely gorgeous and many different colors! We got your see a baby and the mama up close! So cute!! They also have llamas, goats and hairy pigs you c a n feed. If you sign up in advance you can get a more interactive tour for $50 per person. We would have done that but it was sold out the day we got there. They also have souvenirs, t-shirts etc. It was the highlight of my trip!!
