The Cornerhouse

We stayed in the family room and had a very comfortable experience. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. There is also convenient parking available. Selvin and Kazım were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

We stayed there with my wife and daughter, and we were very satisfied. Our room was clean and we didn’t need anything during our stay. The breakfast was quite rich and varied. Most importantly, the hotel owners, a husband and wife, were very helpful and friendly. If I plan to visit that area again, this will definitely be the hotel I choose to stay at.

★★★★★ 5/5 - Hospitality Done Properly From the moment I arrived, it was obvious that The Cornerhouse is run by people who genuinely care about what they do. The rooms were beautifully presented, comfortable, spotlessly clean and, as a solo traveller, felt safe and secure. The breakfast was excellent and exceptionally well organised. Throughout the property there was a level of attention to detail that is increasingly rare and impossible to fake. What stood out most was the atmosphere. Nothing felt performative. There was no need to tell guests how much care had gone into the experience because it was evident everywhere you looked. So many places talk about hospitality. The Cornerhouse quietly delivers it. I only wish I could have stayed longer, but they were fully booked. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.

My partner and I stayed for two nights over the weekend and had a really lovely stay. The team were friendly, helpful and communicative throughout and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. They were always happy to answer questions and went above and beyond when we were struggling to arrange a taxi even giving us a lift to our event which was incredibly kind and much appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, the room was comfortable and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming from start to finish. A big thank you to Selvin and the team for looking after us so well. We’d happily recommend The Cornerhouse and would definitely stay again when we’re back in Frome.
