Wacky Warehouse - Phantom Winger

1 Star. Absolutely abysmal customer service and a total lack of professionalism. I came here today as a support worker with my 10-year-old autistic client. At the front desk, I explicitly told the two girls on duty (one blonde, one with brown hair) that it was our first time visiting.After taking my details and my money, they did absolutely nothing to help us. They gave no direction, no explanation of the layout, and zero welcome. As a Black support worker with an Asian child, the coldness and lack of effort felt incredibly alienating and exclusionary.To make matters worse, because we were given zero guidance, my client naturally went into the under-5s section. There is a swing in there with a sign stating it shouldn't be used, which is a massive safety hazard. The staff know exactly how old he is because I gave them his details, yet they have just stood by the desk watching a 10-year-old play in the baby section without once coming over to politely guide us to the older section or warn us about the broken equipment.It is incredibly unprofessional and unsafe. They are happy to take your money but offer absolutely zero care, supervision, or basic customer service. I wonder if this is how others carers with clients are being treated or if it's because they think it's our job to navigate what section to go to. It's completely unacceptable!!!!

Visited Phantom Winger Wacky Warehouse and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The tables were dirty and didn't appear to be cleaned regularly, which made the whole place feel unhygienic. The play area and seating areas were very dark, and the venue felt dated and in need of refurbishment. Overall, the environment wasn't particularly welcoming or comfortable for families. Sadly, it wasn't the experience we were expecting and we won't be rushing back.

My daughter had a party here. The online booking platform is easy to use and great to keep track of the guests and their orders. The value for money is second to none and the food portions are great. The free play voucher and the balloon on a stick are a nice touch to the party bags. The party went generally well, my only niggle was we had two vegetarian guests and twice the meat option was given to a vegetarian child and had to be taken away as servers didn't check which children were meat free. Aside from this oversight, everyone had fun, the room was a good size with the children enjoyed the colouring and the play area was enjoyed by the children also.

Lad woth crucifix tattoo on neck brought a pint over using his fingers to hold the top of the glass to put it down. Bottom half of the glass is for the server, the top half is for the customer, especially the rim
