What guests say
I’d probably recommend spending a little extra for a different hotel if it’s within your budget. The beds were quite firm, and the room felt more like a compact office than a cozy hotel room. The biggest surprise was the bathroom, which is essentially a glass enclosure in the corner of the room with frosted privacy film that only covers about two-thirds of the glass. If you’re traveling with someone, it’s definitely something to be aware of, as it doesn’t offer much privacy. The overall design gives the impression that every inch of space was optimized to maximize the number of rooms rather than guest comfort. The hotel’s central location is definitely its biggest selling point, but it felt like the convenience of the location came at the expense of creating a comfortable place to stay. Overall, it was fine for a short visit, but I’d personally spend a little more for a hotel that offers a more comfortable and private experience.

The service and perks were spectacular. The lobby/ communal area was great, we met some amazing people and had amazing service from the staff. The location to everything was perfect, the cleanliness of the rooms could use some work, but I brought this up with the front desk who were glad to make sure it was corrected. Would definitely stay again.

The staff is very kind and accomodating. We were easily able to leave our bags with them before checking in & after checking out. The free wine & cheese plate was nice. It’s a good location, easy to walk around the city & Pasha next door is delicious. The big window next to the bed (which we paid extra for, otherwise there would have been no window) was nice but it’s not a “city view,” just a view of the building next door. The beds are comfortable in my opinion. There is no closet, which made it difficult to stay organized. The construction outside is a huge problem in the morning. Don’t plan to sleep in unless you can sleep through the sound of constant banging metal. The TV isn’t set up with any streaming devices which is annoying. It’s a Samsung TV so luckily we were able to watch Netflix using screen sharing on my partner’s Android. We chose to have breakfast elsewhere since the one here is 15 pounds and didn’t look like anything too special, so I can’t speak on that. The bathroom does not offer a huge amount of privacy (it is basically a see through glass box in the corner of the room lol), so if you’re staying in the same room as someone, it better be someone you’re comfortable with 😂

It was perfect. Nice room with AC. TV did not work, but not big deal. 11:00 am checkout which was welcome. Beautiful bathroom and shower. Z is a win. Good value for money in an expensive city.
