We stayed overnight for our Anniversary last month and enjoyed it so much that we returned on Saturday 11 July again for dinner bed and breakfast. We had another fabulous experience from start to finish. I also have to mention Euan M in the Grahamston Bar who went above and beyond with his exceptional customer service!!! Euan M treated us like VIPs and couldn't do enough! I've never experienced such fantastic customer experience in any other hotel we have stayed in and around Glasgow City Centre!!! Million thanks to you all for such an exceptional experience, rooms are spotless and very comfortable, food and service exceptional! Great hotel, centrally located. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. There is complimentary water, coffe, thee and cookies in the room. Only downside: no electric plug in the bathroom for a shaver. Breakfast is very good, with lots to choose from. We had a early meeting and had to leave before breakfast, but the hotel provided a to go breakfast for us. They do not have a parking garage, but you can park at the central station garage across the hotel. If you provide your parking ticket at the reception, you can park with a discount.

The front desk team at Radisson Blu Glasgow was absolutely exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality were outstanding. A special thank you to Lesley and Nikita for their phenomenal service and incredibly quick response to every request. They truly made our stay memorable. The only disappointment was the housekeeping service, which unfortunately did not meet the standard I expected. However, I would also like to thank Michelle for her professional, courteous, and thoughtful response to my email regarding my concerns. Overall, the outstanding front desk team made this a wonderful stay.

The hotel has a reasonably courteous staff but lacked service. They did not put water in my room for any of the days that I was there, except the first. The room doesn't have basic amenities like an outlet in the toilet or drawers to keep your clothes. There was construction going on in the area, so it was hard to access. All in all, I would say it's a very modest hotel.
