We were here for the model fair. Excellent venue. A great day out. But be aware if you go and are a model fan then expect to pay. There is so much choice and the vendors are really great. The cafe upstairs is simple but the food was good. Looking forward to next year already.

This is an exceptional gym. Best atmosphere out of any gym I've ever trained in. A good selection of high quality equipment. Very clean. The only criticism I have is that there could be one or two more functional trainers and it could do with doubling most of the machines. Fill up some space. Make it less of a hassle to wait for equipment to open up.

Excellent machines and lots of them. All the latest kit. Probably 12 -15 cycling machines (Obviously all computerised). 7 or 8 machines for legs, same for arms, 3 rowing machines, loads of dumbbell weights, weightlifting equipment, yoga mats, 2 weighted boxes to push up and down track, other machines too and if going during the day it's usually enough machines free to use unless it's a specific machine you want to use but most people only take 15 mins max on a machine. Also got stair machines and think there are always 3 staff on duty if you need help how to use a machine or if first time they'll give you an induction session. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly and if you tell them why you're there or what your aim is they will give you a card with a routine, what machines to use, how many reps and breaks between them and what weight they recommend. It's usually £7-9 but also get season ticket and concessions if on some benefits or free if sent from a recognised agency eg NHS, mental health support charity, etc. Play music but not too loud so can hear your own music through headphones or earbuds. Can also connect your phone to cycle and walking machines. Good machines, good advice, pricing ok, good support. I like it and go at least 2 times a week.

Will be back again next year.
