Chestnut Cottage is thoroughly equipped for a self-catering stay. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. A utility room contains a washer-dryer. The four bedrooms accommodate eight: one kingsize, one superking, and two twin rooms with singles. Two bathrooms serve the property—one en suite with bath and shower, the other a shower room on the ground floor. Underfloor heating runs throughout.

The heart of the cottage is a first-floor open-plan living area with dining table and a living room with freeview television, looking out across a golf course and surrounding lakes. Doors open onto a seating veranda. Downstairs, a second terrace accesses your own hot tub (seats six) and private sauna with shower. Three parking spaces are provided, with an electric car charging point available. A welcome pack is included, and highchair and stairgate are on hand if needed.

The property sits within Fairway Lakes, a development adjoining Caldecott Hall Golf Club. An indoor heated swimming pool (8m by 4m) is shared with other on-site properties and open 07:00 to 19:00. There is an unfenced lake within the grounds. No smoking is permitted. The Norfolk coastline and Broads are accessible from here.
