The area sits close to the Broads and their waterways, making it a base for exploring one of England's most distinctive landscapes.

This four-bedroom house sleeps eight across two floors. Downstairs there's a second living room and a bedroom; upstairs, an open-plan layout combines living, dining and kitchen spaces with French doors opening onto a balcony, plus another bedroom and the main bathroom. Three bedrooms have a double bed or two singles; the fourth has a kingsize. Three bathrooms and showers are distributed across both floors, with laundry facilities and parking for three cars.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals, and there's a Freeview Smart TV, Blu-ray player and surround sound for entertainment. Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. The main draw is what's outside: a private hot tub on the verandah and a private sauna. Guests also have access to Caldecott Hall's heated swimming pool and leisure facilities for an additional cost. The property takes family and couple bookings only; there is an unfenced pond 30 yards from the house.
