Pine View is a two-bedroom lodge sleeping four, set within a gated development centred on an 18-hole golf course and fishing ponds. Couples after relaxation will find the private hot tub and hot-tub-side seating area hard to resist; families appreciate having the whole property to themselves, with two bathrooms meaning mornings run smoother, and a layout that keeps ground-floor living separate from upstairs bedrooms. The lodge works equally well for two couples wanting independent space—bedroom one has a super-kingsize bed and its own shower room, while the first-floor bedroom has an ensuite with bath and shower.
The kitchen comes fully equipped for self-catering, opening onto a decked patio area with garden furniture. Upstairs, a 55-inch TV and French doors to a balcony make the living room a natural gathering point. Gas underfloor heating keeps things warm, and essentials like bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are all included. The site itself hosts bars and food in the clubhouse, with a Sunday roast worth planning around, though opening times vary. An unfenced lake sits about 50 yards away. Fishing requires a current UK Environment Agency licence, and golf must be booked through the Pro Shop. Non-smokers only.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Quality Work! Mason did an incredible job with our construction work from start to finish. He is exceptionally professional, fast, and highly skilled at what he does. What really stood out to us was his commitment and responsiveness—if there was ever a minor detail or something we wanted checked or adjusted, Mason would come back basically the very next day to take care of it without any hassle. He also plastered over our old artex ceiling, leaving it completely smooth and flawless. We couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Mason to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality craftsmanship!

Mason custom built my large garden room/shed to my specifications. He was professional, knowledgeable, hard-working and very communicative throughout. I could not recommend Pine View Construction enough

I recently had mason come out to fix a wall outside my house, I couldn't be happier with the service. He was friendly, professional and got straight to work. The job was completed quickly without any hassle and the quality of finish is excellent. It clear mason takes pride in his work and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing reliable and effective repairs.

Highly recommend mason, he did an amazing job with our patio and did it better than we’d imagined it to look. Got the job done in such a good amount of time ready for the summer. Will definitely be using again & recommending to other people too! Thank you!
