Twin Oaks is a contemporary detached lodge built in Scandinavian style, positioned within the grounds of Caldecott Hall Country Park near Great Yarmouth. The property sits among lakes and open views across a golf course, with a private hot tub on the decked terrace. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, sleep up to seven guests, making it practical for larger groups or two families sharing.

The ground floor opens from the kitchen and dining space onto a wooden deck with seating, a gas barbecue and the hot tub. Upstairs, the living room has doors to a separate decked balcony. One bedroom has a Japanese soaking bath; the others offer shower rooms. Essentials including wi-fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with two ovens, a dishwasher and full appliances. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Two separate guest toilets offer extra convenience. Private parking for two cars is available on site.
