Great Yarmouth's seafront attractions, arcades, pier and beach are within reach on foot or a short drive from Sunnydene. The town's pubs and independent shops sit equally close, making this a practical base for exploring the Norfolk coast without needing to move the car often.
This twelve-bedroom guest house accommodates up to 24 people across three floors. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The ground floor includes a living room with Freeview Smart TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen fitted with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and American fridge freezer; French doors lead out to an enclosed garden. Upstairs bedrooms vary between double and single configurations, with one ground floor room featuring a wet room with grab rail and shower seat. All bedrooms have TVs.
Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included. The back garden has a courtyard with seating and barbecue. On-site parking fits six cars. Up to four dogs stay free. No smoking is permitted throughout the property.

Enjoyed a lovely few days at Sunnydene over May day weekend. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Nick and Natalie were friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Off-road parking available which was a bonus. Would definitely go back if ever in the area.

Ray & Emma Our time spent at Sunnydene Guest House in Great Yarmouth, was wonderful. Natalie and Nick were great hosts and explained everything on arrival. Our Room No.3 was very comfortable, very clean and covered all our needs. The shower was unbelievable as long as you take your time to set it to your needs, power, temperature etc. The breakfast was great, just what you needed to start the day, we were served by both Natalie & Aaliyah who could not do enough for us. Within easy reach of the Town, Sea front, Bus Stop 100yds for bus into GY, opposite the Guest House for coming back. We will definitely stay again, next time we go to Great Yarmouth. Went away for the weekend and loved every second at Sunnydene. Nat and Nick were super attentive and welcoming from start to finish. We were satisfied with our room and managed to get a wonderful night's sleep. In terms of location, it was close to the sea and not much of a walk to the seafront. The highlight of my stay was that they offered a vegan breakfast, which was incredible, it's rare to find places that cater to vegans so this was a huge perk, plus their daughter Aaliyah who was helping with the breakfast was super accomodating and friendly. Loved every bit of our stay, and will definitely be back!

What a fabulous time we had at the Sunnydene Guest House in Great Yarmouth. Natalie and Nick were fantastic hosts! The room was comfy and well appointed. We sat down and enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate in the evening. The breakfast was delicious and we were served by Aaliyah who could not do enough for us. We will definitely stay again!
