Booked to stay here for 7 days in February booked through booking.com. only to turn up and find out that it has been closed for 12 months and is up for auction. Haven't received any money back as booking.com are saying we didnt turn up. We'll we did and it was closed couldn't reach anyone from the hotel as all the numbers on the hotel were unavailable or nonexistent. Spoke to the neighbour of the hotel and she said that this happens all the time and that people are still turning up for rooms that they have booked online. Absolutely awful treatment. This hotel obviously knows that there hotel is still receiving bookings

Took my money, no one to let us in and left us stranded. Hotel was a mess and now 5 days later im out of pocket with no call back and all numbers provided day they dont deak with the hotel. Please avoid this place

The hotel overall could do with a good clean and some maintenance doing. There was a stench of sewage at times when the bedroom window was open. The shower turned on, but the pressure was non existent and there was hair all in the shower on the wall and in the tray. The shower cubicle door didn't pull shut and the door handle was all broke and had masking tape all over it. Moving on to the bedroom. Soundproofing? What soundproofing! You could hear everyone coming in and out of the building. There was no fan or hairdryer as we were told there was. The mattress was a couple of millimetres thick and uncomfortable. The handle on the window was broken. The TV remote was also grim and didn't appear to have been cleaned ever! There aren't parking spaces for the amount of rooms and there is very little on street parking.

Avoid the place looks shutdown, Agodaa agreed a refund and the the hotel refused it , they are committing fraud ,taking your money when you can't get in
