‘It’s The Best Guest House Ever’ It really is the best guest house you could wish to stay . The atmosphere at Dene House is so lovely, peaceful and you feel great just being there! Such good value too. The owners are very attentive, helpful and nothing is too much. My room was tasteful, immaculate & stylish. It had such a pleasant ambiance about it . I eagerly awaited my inclusive Breakfast each day as it was a highlight for me. My scrambled eggs particularly scrummy☺️ . Dene House is in a perfect location at Great Yarmouth. Just 2 minutes from a beautiful stretch of beach, dunes, sea & wonderous nature at your doorstop. I cannot recommend this guest house highly enough. Thanx you so much 💕

Lovely little b+b, the breakfast was amazing (plenty choice) and the bed was really comfortable. The couple who run it are lovely and very helpful. Will definitely stay again. A 20 minute stroll to the pier etc. Thank you!

Stayed here for one night in July 2025. My trip was delayed 2 weeks due to a medical issue and the host was very accommodating and changed the dates without making a fuss. I had a single ensuite room and it had all basic amenities from hairdryee to a mini fridge. I also had a pretty large bed for myself. The breakfast was lovely and prepared by the owner himself. His wife (I presume) was friendly too. Would recommend Dene house to others looking to visit Gt Yarmouth
