Loved it ! Nice clean standard double room with lovely sea side decor, not huge but plenty of room for a couple of nights. Good shower with shampoo etc provided. Usually in my experience there's never enough tea coffee and milk... not a problem here there's loads ! We pre ordered our full English for the next morning which was very good quality. Help yourself to cereals, toast etc and even kipper on the menu if you prefer. A pleasant sea front walk into town about 15/ 20 minute.The property also has a nice lounge for guests to use and of course the beach is right across the road with a cafe and public toilets ! Lovely friendly staff and would stay again. Bev & Gary 👍

Just home from a 2 night stay at The White Lodge. Jean is a wonderful host from the minute you walk through the door, a real home from home stay. A great choice of breakfast options from helping yourself to cereal, yoghurt, toast, hot & cold drinks, to pre-ordering your cooked options for the next day. Our room was bright and clean with a lovely touch of tea, coffee and biscuits, plenty of toiletries supplied in the bathroom too. The White Lodge is in a perfect position opposite the Venetian Waterways, with a 15-20 minute walk into the town and plenty of on-street parking too. We would 100% recommend and will be back.

Me and my partner Tracy have just spent two nights at The White Lodge, it was our first time in Great Yarmouth. Jean was a great host, she made us both feel very welcome. The room was very clean , with a sea view, morning breakfast, there was a nice variety of cooked meals to choose from. We arrived on my motorcycle, which needed a good clean, so Jean glady lent me some stuff to clean my bike, much appreciated for that Jean. Hi highly recommend The White Lodge, we will be back next year.

I had a great stay here! The rooms are well equipped and comfy, with everything you need. Spotlessly clean - even the TV remote is cleaned between guests with a note letting you know it'd been sanitized which is a nice touch. The breakfast is lovely and you get a tick list for the cooked breakfast so you can select what you do and don't want - perfect for picky eaters like me. There is also a help yourself bit with cereal and yogurt, teas and coffee. The place itself is a good location as you are close enough to walk to to the seafront but not to so close as to hear the noise. Jean, Sydney and her team are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you all for a good stay again.
