Oaks Retreat

Step through the door of Oaks Retreat into a single open-plan space that combines living, dining and kitchen in one flowing room. A sofa bed, electric fire and smart TV occupy the living area, while the kitchen runs to a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and full-size fridge. Everything is on the ground floor with level access from the entrance.

Two bedrooms serve different needs: the first has a double bed and its own en-suite shower room; the second contains two single beds with access to a separate shower room. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all included. Electricity is metered separately. Outside, a front garden with seating area and rear decking provide space to sit out, and parking for one car is available on site. The property does not permit smoking.

Oaks Retreat sits within Aberdunant Hall Park in Gwynedd, surrounded by the woodlands and peaks of Eryri National Park. The location suits those wanting to explore Snowdonia's walking routes and mountain scenery, or simply withdraw into quieter surroundings.
