The Hollies Lodge

Mature trees and open countryside wrap around this lodge on a residential park in Gwynedd, where the Snowdonia National Park and Porthmadog's harbour are both within reach. The location sits between coastal access and mountain walks—Mount Snowdon and the Welsh Highland Railway are nearby, while Tremadog village with its shops and pubs lies just over two miles away.

Inside, everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living space with a woodburner, kitchen equipped for proper cooking, two bedrooms (one with twin singles, one with a kingsize bed), and two bathrooms with showers. A sofa bed in the lounge means the property sleeps six. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. Outside, a large decking area overlooks the woods, with furniture and a bistro set for sitting out.

The lodge suits families or groups after a quiet break with access to walking and wildlife—the decking has views across the woodland and a bird table visible from the patio doors. One dog is welcome. There is parking for three cars on site. No smoking inside.
