QH Cottages - Bryn Gwyn

Bryn Gwyn is a four-bedroom house on the Porthmadog seafront, accessed via footpath with around twenty steps up to the entrance. The climb pays off: large bay windows in the main living space look out across open water. Inside, the layout spreads across ground and first floors, with enough room for eight guests to move between shared time and quieter moments without crowding.

Downstairs, two living areas each have a smart TV; one has a wood-burner. The kitchen is equipped for real cooking—gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher—and the dining space is close by. Upstairs are four bedrooms: two with kingsize beds (one with an ensuite shower), one with two singles, and one with bunks. A family bathroom has a bath with shower over it. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. One pet stays free. The property is entirely yours; there is a front garden with seating and on-road parking roughly fifty metres away.

Porthmadog itself offers the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways, plus Portmeirion village and several castles within reach. The Snowdonia coastline provides beaches and walking trails throughout the area. The Seaview Cafe Bistro & Coffee Lounge is nearby for when you don't want to cook. No smoking indoors.
