The Barn is a converted stone building on a working farm in Gwynedd, with views across the valley towards the Berwyn Mountains. The property sleeps five: a kingsize bedroom and a single bedroom upstairs, plus a sofa bed in the open-plan living area below. Both floors have shower rooms with walk-in showers and heated towel rails.
Downstairs, the living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas with a wood-burning stove, TV, and comfortable seating. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and full-size fridge. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are provided. The real draw is the private hot tub on the terrace, positioned to make the most of the surrounding countryside. There is parking for two cars on site.
This is a rural setting—the property sits on a farm with sheep and chickens, access is via a rough track, and the building's age means spiders are part of the landscape. Smoking is not permitted. It suits people who want to step back from things and enjoy walking country, or simply soak in the hot tub with a view. The nearest town is Corwen.

We have just got home from our first visit. 4 lovely days in The Barn. Beautiful inside and out. Immaculately clean and very tastefully furnished and decorated. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Wonderful hot-tub, maintained by Darren. Beautiful grounds and gardens, maintained by Samantha. Lovely people who will make your stay perfect. And, if you are taking your dawg with you, the lovely Chester and Mabel will love to play. Can't wait to return in July. ❤️🐾❤️

We just went to look as we needed a long rental place. We got somewhere else as this place already had bookings. The people who own the place are really nice. The holiday barns although we only looked at one are really stunning and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place, it's quiet and peaceful too.

This beautiful barn is just stunning. A very high quality place to stay with a hot tub. The hosts are so welcoming and knowledgeable on the area and places to visit.The fixtures and fittings are all high quality as are all the furnishings. Every little thing has been well thought of. The views are countryside all around the barns. If you are wanting a really relaxing and peaceful place to holiday you must stay here. We will certainly return.
