Treetops Flat opens onto a first-floor space where a private balcony becomes the focal point—the kind of vantage point where you can watch trains from the Ffestiniog Railway pass the garden below, see across to the harbour and mountains beyond, and settle into the swing seat with a drink. The flat itself spreads across one level: a living and dining room with Freeview, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking (electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine), two bedrooms (one double, one twin), and a bathroom with shower over the bath. One dog stays free. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are all covered; parking for two cars sits in the shared lot.
Porthmadog is a working harbour town, and from here the Ffestiniog Railway—the UK's longest heritage line—runs 25 miles inland. Black Rock Sands, a sweep of fine beach, lies within easy reach. Portmeirion, the Italian-style village, is equally close by, and Harlech, with its castle and slate caverns, a short drive south. Inland, Blaenau Ffestiniog draws visitors to Zip World and Bounce Below, an underground trampoline park set within an old quarry. The flat does not permit smoking.
