Yr Efail

Yr Efail is a single-storey conversion of a former blacksmith's workshop in the Dyfi Valley area of Gwynedd. Everything is on the ground floor, accessed by two steps, with an open-plan living space that combines sitting room, dining area and kitchen under one roof. The bedroom holds a kingsize bed; the bathroom has a bath with shower over and heated towel rail. It sleeps two people.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, induction hob and dishwasher. A wood burner heats the main living space, with logs supplied. Underfloor oil heating covers the rest of the property. Bed linen, towels and superfast broadband are included. Outside, there is a fenced garden with patio, furniture and a barbecue, plus parking on site and a bike store. An electric vehicle charging point is available at cost. The property operates a no-smoking policy.

Pwllheli itself is roughly 10 miles from Dolgellau and Machynlleth. Bwlch y Groes, the highest mountain pass in Wales, lies within easy reach, as do the lakes at Bala and Vyrnwy. Restaurants and pubs are about 2 miles away; a supermarket is 3 miles off. Fishing is available within a mile.
