Staying locally for the weekend and popped in for a lunchtime bite to eat, nice pint, great service and all 4 of us enjoyed the food. A steak and ale pie and every mouthful had steak chunks soaked in flavour. Everything made in house and sourced from local suppliers. Definitely stopping in again if in the area

I had a great Sunday roast here. The meat and roast vegetables came out first and I was already quite pleased with that then they surprised me with 2 further plates of other vegetables.
