Just arriving, after an 18 hours trip, the front desk staff made us feel at home. They bent over backwards to help us out with our Tube intinerary for the following day. They were warm, understanding and patient, thank you! Later, at the hotel restaurant, Bhargani and Jashan showed us the way to the best food and beverages. I had an overnight stay at the Ibis Heathrow Airport. The check in was seamless and the lady was very friendly & efficient. I ate at the restaurant in the foyer. The staff Jasman & Rupali were extremely friendly & efficient. The area was clean & comfortable with a friendly atmosphere. Most importantly the food was delicious I had the lamb chops and they were perfectly cooked thanks to Chef Jaison & the kitchen staff.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for travelling to and from Heathrow Airport. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Aktar, who patiently answered all my questions and helped me with the room booking and check-in process. He made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciated his professional and attentive service.

My stay was quite pleasant. Good value for money for the rooms. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Rohit at the front desk quite helpful. The morning breakfast was nice. Overall a good experience and it's short drive to the airport.
