27/06/2026 - Sky Bar Staff We recently celebrated a birthday at this hotel, and I honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day with our family and friends. The buffet was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, served hot, beautifully presented, and of excellent quality. Every one of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The service throughout the event was exceptional. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, regularly checking that everything was going well and making sure we always had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made everyone feel genuinely welcome. The event was also managed brilliantly from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the planning process, every request was accommodated, and everything happened exactly as discussed. Their attention to detail gave us complete confidence that our celebration was in safe hands. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our birthday celebration so special and memorable. Your hard work, professionalism, and outstanding customer service did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent venue for a special occasion.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Shabnam at reception, who was exceptionally warm and friendly. She didn’t treat us like just another guest, but made us feel genuinely valued and welcomed with her kind nature. The only downside was the restaurant service, which could be improved. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would happily return..

Top quality hotel! We booked this because our son loves watching planes and it didn't disappoint. Room 510 is a premium room and has epic views of the runway for landing and take off. It's also really well appointed. The rooftop bars and restaurants just enhanced the stay even further. PKs India was delicious and highly recommended! The only improvement needed was the EV chargers, which noone could connect to, but an arrangement was made for us to use the other Marriott's chargers so all good in the end. Staff were also amazing!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at the Marriott Heathrow was disappointing from start to finish. The experience began badly at check-in. The front desk agent, Sehej, allocated me a disabled access room that was dirty, mouldy, and generally unkempt. As a solo female traveller, I couldn’t help but feel I had been profiled and simply assigned one of the poorest rooms available. Whether intentional or not, that was certainly how it came across. When I returned to the front desk to raise the issue, I expected what any guest would a sincere apology and acknowledgement of the unacceptable condition of the room. Unfortunately, Sehej offered none. The manager eventually intervened, but the apology felt perfunctory and insincere. I was moved to another room, but the problems didn’t end there. The walls were so poorly soundproofed that I barely slept. The guest in the adjoining room talked for much of the night, and every word could be heard as though they were in my room. A good night’s sleep is one of the most basic expectations of any hotel stay, particularly from a Marriott property. Overall, the experience fell well below the standard I have come to expect from the Marriott brand\. Poor room quality, inadequate service recovery, and unacceptable noise levels made this one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had\. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience, and I sincerely hope Marriott reviews both its room standards and customer service training at this hotel.
