Much Birch is a small village within easy reach of Hereford, Ross-on-Wye and the Forest of Dean. Stable Cottage sits semi-detached here, privately gated with parking for four cars. The cottage is yours alone—two double bedrooms upstairs, a living room with woodburner and smart TV downstairs, plus a separate dining room. The kitchen has an electric cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included; laundry facilities are on hand. There are two separate bathrooms. The front garden has seating and a barbecue.

The location works for exploring. Hereford itself has museums and galleries, the Cider Museum draws visitors regularly, and you can walk sections of Offa's Dyke or the Three Castles Way. The Wye and Monnow rivers offer water activities; the Forest of Dean has cycling routes, picnic spots, a sculpture trail and attractions like Go Ape. Further afield lie Goodrich, Raglan and Eastnor Castles, plus Blaenavon World Heritage Site and Roman Caerleon. Golf courses operate at Hereford, Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth; racing venues are at Chepstow and Cheltenham. Shops, bars and restaurants cluster in the nearby towns. Smoking is not permitted. Note: the property is for adults and guests aged 18 and over only.
