Auld House

Auld House is a renovated cottage a mile south of Brora, built on a single storey with all rooms on the ground floor. It sleeps five across two bedrooms: one with a double and single bed, one with a double bed only. The shower room serves both. A living room with large sofas and Smart TV, separate dining space, and a sun porch with garden views make up the public rooms. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with electric oven and hob, microwave, and washing machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included.

The property sits at the end of a track with private parking for two cars, a short walk from the front door. A coat and boot room provides storage for outdoor gear. The large south-facing garden has two seating areas with furniture; the far end has a bench reached by a short path, positioned to take in views across to the Brora coastline. The village itself, a mile north, has restaurants, cafés and bars, a bakery, a beach and harbour two miles away, and a championship golf course. A pub and restaurant are about a mile and three-quarters off. The property is non-smoking.
