The property sits on a working farm a mile south of Golspie, with private parking for three cars and a large garden with patio and barbecue.

The ground floor holds a living and dining room with smart TV, a separate sun room with French doors onto the patio, a kitchen, one double bedroom with Freeview, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs are two further bedrooms – a kingsize with ensuite shower room, and another double – plus a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The Aga provides central heating throughout. Logs for the wood burner are available locally.

Golspie itself has shops, a supermarket, restaurants and pubs within a mile, plus beach and harbour. Brora, the next seaside town along, offers a sandy beach, golf course and distillery. The location suits families and groups wanting a base for exploring the north Highland coast, though young children need supervising when the property is on an active farm. No smoking inside.
