After three full days in the field, sleeping in a tent, searching the shoreline with a flashlight, and conducting what can only be described as a completely unreasonable investigation, I finally found her! the legendary Loch Ness Monster. Based on what I could see, she appears to be somewhere between 11 and 14 metres long. More importantly, I can now confirm that she is not dangerous at all. She seems to survive mainly on plankton and is, in fact, completely vegetarian. It turns out that most of the frightening stories about her are simply not true. She has apparently suffered from years of extremely bad publicity for absolutely no reason. The encounter was surprisingly calm and genuinely emotional. She appeared curious, peaceful, and slightly confused by all the attention. Five stars for the scenery, the atmosphere, and finally clearing the name of Scotland’s most misunderstood resident. Next year, I plan to organise small group expeditions to the lake so we can hopefully meet her again. Flashlights, tents, and plankton will be provided. 🏕️🤪🐾

This place is absolutely awesome. Went in one shop and met two lovely ladies working in there. We got chatting and they told us how they had moved from Hastings to Loch Ness. Felt very envious of them. Had a great day. Sailed on the Loch buzzed by a low flying military aircraft and had some great food all in all a fantastic day.

Beautiful lake, beautiful landscapes and legend has it that appears from time to time show of the lagoon moster Also for the Celts, a mystical connotation is due to the Lakes, since they were considered a door between the afterlife and us. Another hypothesis is maintained in which it is said that this was one of the first mammals to leave the water on land.
