Tall Pines

Tall Pines is a single-storey detached bungalow in Carrbridge, sheltered by mature woodland at the edge of the Cairngorms. Everything is on the ground floor: a living room with multi-fuel burner and patio doors onto the enclosed garden, a separate dining room and kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms across the property. The first bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite; the others are doubles or single twins. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and initial fuel for the burner are included; storage heaters keep things warm year-round.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Outside, a paved patio area with furniture and a bike store are set within the garden enclosure, and there is private car parking on site. The property sleeps eight and suits families, groups and couples; it is non-smoking. Two highchairs are available.

Carrbridge sits 7 miles from Aviemore, a hub for walking, riding and water sports. Landmark Forest Adventure Park lies just 350 yards away. The wider area offers the Highland Wildlife Park near Kingussie, numerous castles and distilleries along the Whisky Trail, and plenty of scope for hillwalking, mountain biking and outdoor pursuits.
