West End Cottage

Carrbridge sits at the base of the Monadhliath Mountains, surrounded by woodland and riverside walks that start from the cottage itself. The village is steps from its own packhorse bridge, dating to the 1700s, and the River Dulnain winds through it before joining the Spey. Aviemore and the Cairngorms National Park lie nearby, opening up skiing, mountain biking, climbing, and water sports on the local lochs. Landmark Forest Adventure Park is a short drive away, and Carrbridge Golf Club sits close by.

West End Cottage has two bedrooms—a king on the ground floor and a zip-and-link pair upstairs—plus one bathroom. The ground floor holds a living room with a 42-inch TV and woodburner, and a kitchen/dining room with everything needed to cook and eat properly. A utility room houses the washing machine. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are all included. The garden wraps around the back with a covered sitting area and bike storage; parking for two cars on the drive, with additional space on the road.

A pub sits within a mile's walk, and the village shop and tea rooms are even closer. The cottage takes one well-behaved pet at no extra cost. No smoking indoors.
