The Hide at Hilltop

A former school building converted into a single-level holiday home, The Hide at Hilltop sits within a mile of the Highland coast. The restoration blends the building's character with modern design—art by local artists hangs throughout, and the open-plan living space centres on a wood-burning stove with an initial supply of logs. A 55-inch smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and games room with table football and PlayStation occupy the entertainment side; the kitchen is fitted for cooking proper meals, with granite worktops and quality appliances.

The main bedroom holds a 6-foot super king bed; the second has zip-and-link beds that convert between a king or two separate twins. One bathroom serves both. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The garden is fully enclosed with an outdoor dining area and barbecue space. Smoking is not permitted. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
