We had an amazing experience at Botanica last Thursday. I took my mum and her friend for afternoon tea during their visit to London, and it was the perfect treat. Our server, Abdul, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel well looked after throughout our visit. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the outdoor seating area is absolutely lovely. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and every item was delicious. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We will definitely be recommending Botanica to our friends and family and look forward to coming back again soon!

Bedford hotel in perfect location. Near Russell Square and Holborn tube linked to King's Cross. Amazing British History Museum just around the corner. Plenty of shops/cafes nearby. Hotel was clean and well decorated. Staff on reception brilliant! In the Botanica dining room wonderful ambience looking out on to a superb garden. I questioned Sabbir and Mirza about the trees outside not recognising them. They actually went outside and brought in sample leaves for my wife and I. Turns out they were Maples according to above staff. But you don't see many Maples like this, so well cared for. The only negative to our stay was a loud motor starting up every morning around 6.30 am. We were on floor 6 so avoid this floor! Otherwise 5 stars all the way...

Had a really nice dinner at Botanica yesterday. All the food was really good, 10/10. Nice ambiance, very quiet and relaxing atmosphere among the nature. Staff was very attentive and professional, especially Arun, Noel, Ronny and Alin who made a reservation for us. Will definitely be back!
