I mistakenly booked indoor instead of outdoor. Spoke with manger, and declined to let me in outdoor area. I was willing to pay for the outdoor ticket; they refuse to do walk ins as they say are fully booked. You can see in the photo it’s not busy at all to sunbath! I’ve been in May and June and it was extra crowded, you could barely find a place to lay down! Yesterday was plenty of space and they say it’s fully booked. Unbelieveble! Not to say when I’ve visited previously, the toilets and showers were disgusting and out of order inside the building! Totally a joke! I just wanted to use your tanning area. Ew 😖

I haven’t been to Park Rd Lido in quite a few years. But I nearly fell over when I was asked to pay nearly £10.00 pounds for a none membership swim. I appreciate it is a heated pool. But come on everyone this is a joke!! How can Haringey justify charging this!! What will it be in a few years time , £15 pounds. We are all been forced to get there £45.00 pounds a month membership. I think it is appalling!!

I went there three days ago. The only complaint regards some rubbish as in an ice cup left on the grass with some paper, and it wasn't honestly the best. The staff was really polite, calm, helpful and professional, at both the reception and the swimming pool. The social environment was really inclusive and calm. I loved it. It felt like a little holiday as I was laying on my towel under the heath. Showers and the changing room were fairly acceptable. I will be back again.

I’ve recently become a regular member at Park Road Lido and wanted to mention Sabrina on reception, who has been absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. On my first few visits she took the time to explain how everything works, helped me get settled in, and made the whole experience feel much easier and more welcoming. It can feel a bit daunting getting used to a new centre, but Sabrina was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely kind. She is a real credit to the team and makes a big difference to the atmosphere of the place. Excellent customer service and very much appreciated.
