What visitors say
Son and his friend absolutely loved this place, we went for my sons 13th birthday and him and his friend had the entire place to themselves, they absolutely loved it! The staff where genuinely sound, offering them the place to themselves so they didnt have to wait for other players, which with 2 additional needs teenagers was absolutely amazing of them

We recently booked the twice as nice offer for a few of my son's friends to go and celebrate his birthday. When we got there we were seen by Lacie and Adam who sorted everything we needed for us. The kids all had a great time and Lacie even offered us the party table as it wasn't in use so that we could turn the lights down for the birthday cake time. The twice as nice offer is brilliant and such good value for money, we would definitely go back again. I will say Lacie went above and beyond for us on the day to make it special and run smoothly so big thank you to Lacie, she even went the extra mile with customer service when my youngest was struggling emotionally which we absolutely appreciated. I would recommend for a nice fun activity and great customer service.

Booked a party for 11 year old twins. Kids loved the actual activities. Party host, didnt really host and we felt a bit like an inconvenience, despite it being quiet. Also was meant to get a voucher but didnt. Would come back to do the activities most definitely, food was reasonable in term of quality and price for paid meals, those included in the party were extremely small but we had additional snacks for the kids. Good daytime activity, just would have been nice to have staff be a bit more informative/friendly.

My daughter had her 13th birthday party here today and I cannot thank the team of staff enough for making it so special for her. Nothing was too much trouble and they totally took everything out of our hands. We didn’t have to worry about anything. Such a lovely group of people and we will most certainly be back. Than you Lacie, Mel and Rhi (apologies if I forgot to name anyone) you made her 13th one to remember x
