We had my daughter's bday party at Rock Up. Children had a great time. There is a soft play area for the little ones too which is a great addition for younger siblings. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a stress free event for us as parents.

Special thanks to Mathilda for her attentive and enthusiastic service. It was our daughter’s first time rock climbing. She was initially anxious until Mathilda encouraged her and built her confidence. Soon enough she was doing it on her own and went all the way to the top! Thank you Mathilda and the rest of the Rock Up team - we will be back again soon.

This was our fourth visit and it was one of the best. The climbing area wasn’t crowded and the girls could climb where they wanted. I understand that as the girls are school age and can only go in the holidays, it will be busy. They enjoy it. As a former Scout leader, I think it’s a brilliant idea and I’m sure inspires some children to go on and climb outside.

Took my 4 year old and 6 year old granddaughters . We was all charged over £17 each and offered no discounts. There's also a very small soft play area that we had to pay an extra £5.25 per child. Cafe was very small but had what we needed. Staff redeemed the day and izzy was absolutely amazing, very helpful, very informative and very professional.
