We stayed 2 nights with breakfast for first time in this hotel and we were very satisfied. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. Especially throughout busy breakfast time. Always smiling and happy to help. Thank you for you kind approach.

Quite a nice Holiday Inn, the room was very clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was nice, though could have had a wider range of options for hot food (no poached or boiled eggs) and fruits and continental food, though I do appreciate it is a Holiday Inn. Very polite and welcoming staff, especially Andrea who was at reception and breakfast. In Central Hull, very close to everything, so good location. Overall a pretty good Holiday Inn!

This hotel has an excellent location, situated inside a large shopping mall, with everything nearby and easily accessible. Parking is available at £9 per night; however, the downside is that you cannot enter and exit multiple times with your car. The rooms are relatively small and the amenities are limited. Breakfast is decent. Overall, it offers good value for money.
