Lovely place! The kids (6) requested to go, we was more than happy to take them, they always enjoy playing here and theres lots of different areas they can check out. Always very clean! The food is lovely and all staff have always been vwry welcoming and helpful. Special mention to the lovely chef David who was friendly and very helpful with our order. Thankyou!

Charlotte Gibbon: We absolutely love it here. The play area and table areas are always clean. The staff regularly go around and sweep up and wipe tables making sure everyone gets the best experience. The toilets are some of the cleanest toilets I have seen at a soft play - the nappy bins are actually clean which is a really nice bonus. The baby changing toilet (and disabled) is lovely and spacious. There is are so much range of activities for children. The light rod room is a great feature as it helps with colours and also, creativity. The multiverse is my son’s favourite, he loves the painting game which allows him to get creative without getting messy (bonus🤣). The sensory room is laid out really well and is a fantastic calming place. The food is brilliant and portion sizes are perfect for children. There is always a great selection of cakes and sweet treats for adults. The staff always ask about allergies before you order anything and are knowledgeable on the allergens. There is also a selection of drinks including frappes, hot drinks, milkshakes and cold cans. Our chef today was David, everything was brilliant, thankyou😁 The staff are absolutely lovely and always greet us with a smile and are available to help with whatever we need. My two year old can be cheeky and throws food (specially peas🙈) and although we offer to clean it, the staff are always happy to help us. As I normally attend with a toddler and a baby, the staff are always helpful and offer to carry everything for me. You also get 3 hours free parking which is really helpful as it gives you the flexibility to go into the main centre afterwards. We really enjoy the toddler Thursday sessions and we are looking forward to seeing what is to come😁

What an amazing visit. We came for our first time and fell in love with this place instantly. The staff were passionate, the place we bright and clean, the cafe was nice and most of all the kids had a blast 🚀 👨‍🚀 I cannot recommend this place enough, we came with a 7 and 2 year old and they both had the best time. Perfectly suited to both ages. Thank you

We had my little boys birthday party here (Noah) the staff are absolutely amazing! Massive shout out to our host Shelley who made sure we had everything we needed at all times! Danielle also amazing and very welcoming! All the staff wished Noah a happy birthday which he loved! The soft play area is always clean and tidy and perfect for any ages. Cosmo again great with the children and gave Noah a great surprise with his party! We will definitely visit on a regular basis as we absolutely love it here would highly recommend for a party! Prices, food and experience top of the league for softplays in hull!
