What visitors say
Lift in car park dodgy, pressed button from 1st floor to 4th floor to VUE and the lift didn’t move at all and the doors wouldn’t open. Then the 4th floor button wouldn’t work. Finally it worked. When going back in the lift after the film, it was still moving up and down as the doors opened! Very creepy, felt like a horror film itself. Unfortunately seats were not very comfy. But thoroughly enjoyed the film

Visited yesterday afternoon. Staff were friendly and my seat was comfortable, but it was absolutely freezing inside screen 7. Considering how cold it was outside, it would've been nice to sit in a warm cinema. Everyone I could see around me still had their coats on, so I don't think it was just me who was cold. Unfortunately this ruined my experience as I couldn't wait to get out and get warm.

I've always gone to vue, friendly staff, comfy seats and clean. A bit faded, but good value for money. Until tonight that is. Just spent 2.5 hrs in a heated sauna. The aircon isn't working in screen 1and will not be mended due to the cost (as per the manager) it was awful everyone was soaked with sweat and complaining. When I mentioned to a member of staff they said unfortunately there was nothing they could do and when I said it shouldn't be used they said it was head office decision to keep it open. We are planning on watching full disclosure when it is out in a couple of weeks, shame we can't come to vue if it is on screen 1, we have always been loyal vue customers, but can't stand the conditions in screen 1 again. Shame on you vue for keeping it open in such conditions when you are not going to repair it!

Prices are horrendous, and had a single hotdog left at 7pm on a Saturday night! Also we came to see Topgun so we could buy the collectable helmet only to be told they didn’t have any and people had just come in off the street and bought multiple without even watching the film. Poor experience and it was cold too. Probably so they sell more blankets.
