As a place to stay if the price is right this place is perfectly adequate for my needs. It seems to be generally contracted local workers who stay here and mixture of other people as well, I had no difficulties, the staff will really nice, the night security guard was lovely and overall my stay was entirely acceptable.

Nice cheap and functional hotel. The neighbourhood my look a bit dodgy but it's ok. Hotel itself is very safe. Some shops in adjacent area.

Great location for a visit to Hull. Carpark, bus service straight into town centre.. Load to see and do. Apartments for singles, couples and families. Large park at the end of the street. Pearson Park.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. On the 2nd day they did not put the heating on. I've tried to find someone at the reception but it was closed at 9pm. I've tried to contact someone the next day until someone was there at 8:45am. Although, it's advertised that the reception' opening hours are from 7am till 10pm. However, the location is very good and value for money.
