Wouldn't let me review Bakewell as a town but it's a stunning place to visit. Its full of a variety of shops, cafés and pubs as well as a lovely riverside walk. Plenty of parking for £6 for the day so not bad. The buildings are beautiful and historic

Very nice park. Just be aware that the water play area goes off at a certain time and also takes about 15 minutes to fill.up between cycles. It is great though. Maybe a little more.shade in the park would be good.

Nice park right next to the river. Well looked after. 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre. Cricket club is within it. Toilets available ( charge of 20p ) Plenty of benches. Children's play area. Its not too big, you can walk around it in 20 minutes, but the whole area itself, by the river and the bridges, the ducks, all together make a collaboration of nature's beauty. Dogs allowed but on leads. Large car park found close by, other side of the river. Looks pretty, even in the rain.... !

Absolutely stunning park .enclosed playground, lots of areas for children to go paddling. Nice picnic area. Great for dogs who like going in water! Loved it. 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bakewell
