Great place everyone is really friendly, my son had a ski lesson with Jack, who is awesome. Jack gave him lots of encouragement and confidence & skills has come on leaps and bounds, he's a great teacher, highly recommend.

Main part of my review is the Alpine Bar which was so good I needed to leave a review. Lovely straightforward food cooked well and served quickly. The allergy information was straight to hand from the bar staff and able to navigate easily and checked with the chef just to be sure which was fab. The menu doesn't have many options but still managed to feed a fussy family. The serving sizes warrant the price too I wanted egg and chips as I'm vegetarian so didn't want the ham. The ham was replaced by 2 additional eggs which was more than I'd expect when they didnt have to offer anything extra. The garlic bread was an entire baguette and the kids meals which , as advertised as up to age 10 soe expected it to be small, would have made a fair adult portion. I do think its a bit off to have to pay for peas or beans with a kids meal but I was really happy with the overall that I dont begrudge it. If you are coming here for an activity, definitely consider staying for food... its well worth it. Also on out visit we attend a group booking for Ringos. My children 7 and 16 had a brilliant time, the staff were informative and supportive of the additional needs within our group and its an activity that I would recommend. The play park is lovely too, we were here in the evening and it was empty but definitely plan to come back with a picnic and spend longer. The kids loved all aspects of the park and there was loads of activities as well as picnic benches.. main bug bare is there are no bins but for under £4 as an activity, its a lovely space. All in all, I have been to snowtraxx for many years but after this visit, we will be back soon.

We visited last year whilst camping in the newforest for something to do and had a great time! Easy to find and with a big enough car park this place has snowboard, ski, and rubber ring slopes, I didnt do the skiing or snowboarding but the rubber rings are great fun for half hour which for me, that was long enough! I was told you'd have to be a competent skier or snowboarder to use the slopes. On site there is a nice bar with a variety of beers and lager's and hot food which was not too expensive and quite nice, a good laugh for an hour or two 😀

People say this activity center offers great fun with ringos, ski bobs, and well-maintained slopes for skiing and snowboarding, including taster sessions. They also highlight the delicious food and drinks available at the Alpine bar and cafe, which has a lovely atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the friendly, helpful, and patient staff, especially the instructors and boot fitters.
