Lovely B&B with welcoming hosts and clean, well furnished and comfortable rooms. Communication throughout the booking process was excellent, and the Breakfast on offer is delicious, as well as including vegan and gluten free options. There is a bar, outdoor seating, and a range of tourist information leaflets at the entrance. The room I stayed in had great views, and the property itself is only a short walk from the town, and a stones throw from the Coastal Path. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Spent 3 days (2 nights) here. Lorraine and Adrian are just amazing hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them, they worked really hard to make our stay in Ilfracombe a success for the group. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and such a positive place to be. Excellent piping hot breakfast and all needs catered for. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here, it’s particularly well placed if you’re exploring the coastal walk and surrounding areas.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. 100% prime comfort. Immaculate pristine feeling similar to a luxurious 5☆ wonderful furniture and quality linen. The property is ajoing to a costal path this makes easy access to enjoy all the best local views of Ilfracombe. Newly refurbished rooms offer a quality feeling that's aimed at customer quality and satisfaction. Breakfast is definitely a must have and you definitely wont be disappointed. I had a very warm welcome from Lorraine and Adrian the new owners I was made to feel very special.love the improvements they have made the breakfast room is stunning with fab views while you eat. I had a balcony room with sea views the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The staff can’t do enough for you and the honesty bar is a great place to unwind . I will definitely be back thankyou for a great stay x
