What visitors say
My daughter enjoyed her time at jump in. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff who was looking after the kids in the jumping area. My daughter with autism was jumping on one of the trampolene when two boys started to be rude to her and was trying to make her leave the trampolene. He (staff) spotted that and explained to the boys that there are other places that they could jump, and the boys left my daughter alone. We are so greatful of what you did, more blessings for you. Thank you for understanding.

My son had the greatest time for his birthday, I didn’t book a party, which I should have but I wasn’t sure of the numbers. every single member of staff was as amazing. But my special thanks to Shannon the manager and Nicole from the restaurant. They were both lovely and kind. So happy. Thanks everyone

We had a fantastic experience at Jump In by AirHop. The venue was clean, safe, and very well organised, with plenty of activities for children to enjoy. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always helpful throughout our visit. The food and drink options were also very good and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable day for the whole family, and we would definitely recommend it to others.”

The customer service there is brillaint. I cannot fault it- I had so aniexty regarding parking and im certain manager can sense this as I asked her third time (due to lump sum of the fine I recieved in past!!! Moved out hadn't realized fine was accumulating since I no longer was there and took me nearly 3 years to pay it off monthly) the manager Shanon took time to talk me through and reassure me. She gave my son option of wearing belt (he often gets mistaken alot older than what he is so therefore quite shy) the place was super clean today. At. Are staff Madison was so lovely, friendly and kind providing again excellent customer service. Today both me and my children will be coming back soon. Experince like this makes makes it awesome memories. I struggle being a deaf parent but that day staff looked at me when talking, was very polite and genuinely pretty awesome people. I usually find play areas daunting for many reasons and therefore dont go many places but as I stated numerous time cannot fault my experience there. Thank you ever so much 💓
