Took my daughter and her friend here today 29/07/25 and the water was filthy the fun run was covered in goose poo and absolutely stunk ! Rivers are able to be kept to a suitable standard especially when being used for an activity involving the community. My daughter has come out in a rash straight after exiting this river. The area is covered in wasps and cleanliness is not a thing here. We have been to all different fun runs across the uk that have been amazing, clean and not covered in poo. We will not be returning to your Alton waters again and I strongly advise others to avoid.

Amazing! Fun filled! Wow! Was up for a holiday and went to go ape in the morning. Then as we was driving home we spotted it and went online to have a look. We booked and went!! Wow! Absolutely brilliant! Water was clean, course was amazing. We had the best day, the staff was lovely and very helpful :) So much fun!! Definitely recommend! I dont normally write reviews but after the other not so happy reviews I wanted to as we had the best time!!.

Amazing time with my wife and 2 kids. All came away worn out and happy. Cant fault the place really. Staff we friendly without being overbearing. As another reviewer commented they didn't act like jobsworths and as long as everyone was being safe they were low key which lent a nice relaxed feel. Well worth a visit if wanting to try something out of the ordinary.
