Bella Vista is a ground-floor bungalow on the Isle of Wight, equipped for comfortable self-catering. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer. Electricity and bed linen are included, along with initial logs for the wood burner. Two bedrooms sleep four: one with a kingsize bed, one with two singles. The single bathroom has a bath with shower over.
The main living space opens onto a garden through patio doors, with a 46-inch Smart TV in the lounge and a separate sun room. Outside, the large lawned garden has a patio, garden furniture, and parking for three cars. The garden has a fenced pond. One dog stays free. The bungalow is on a quiet country lane a mile from the beach, a mile from the village shop and pub, and two miles from Ryde. No smoking indoors.
