The Lodge

The Lodge is a single-storey house near Ryde on the Isle of Wight, sleeping six across three bedrooms. Everything sits on ground level: an open-plan living and dining area flows through to a kitchen with a full range of appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. French doors lead out to the terrace and garden beyond. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second holds two singles, and the third a double; each has a Smart TV. A shower room serves the property. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered, and a welcome pack is provided on arrival.

What makes The Lodge distinctive is the private hot tub set in the back garden, which accommodates four. The garden also has a barbecue and seating area. Parking for three cars is available on the drive. The property is a ten-minute walk from Ryde's seafront with its amusement arcades, bowling alley and mile-long sandy beach. The town centre has shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. Nearby attractions include go-karting and a gym, both within two miles. The surrounding countryside supports woodland walks and wildlife including red squirrels and various birds. There are three steps down into the garden. No smoking is permitted inside the property.
