No 7 North sits within Roebeck Country Park on the edge of Ryde, surrounded by woodland and two private fishing lakes stocked with carp and tench. The location puts you within reach of red squirrels, woodland birds and the kind of quiet walks that characterise the rural interior, while the town itself—with its seafront amusements, sandy beach and pier—is minutes away by car. A pub lies within a mile on foot.

The cottage is single-storey, arranged around an open-plan living space with a kitchen that has a full range of appliances and patio doors opening onto decking. Three bedrooms sleep six: two contain pairs of single beds, one a double. Each bedroom has its own ensuite shower room, and a separate shower room serves the property too. A utility room houses a washer-dryer. Bed linen, towels and heating are provided. One car space is available on site.

Ryde's seafront offers a mile of beach, a fun-fair, bowling, and a network of bars and restaurants. The town centre and a Tesco Extra supermarket are under two miles away. A go-kart track and gym are located nearby. Non-smokers only.
