Hill Top Cottage is a converted barn sleeping four across two bedrooms and one bathroom. Everything you need for self-catering is here: the kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer, and the open-plan living space includes a dining area, Freeview TV and DVD player. Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and Wi-Fi are all included. There's private parking for three cars on site.

The cottage sits on a hillside in countryside near Newport, on the Isle of Wight's eastern side. An enclosed garden with furniture and a barbecue is a few yards from the door, and bridle paths connect to nearby Arreton. Buses to Newport town centre run roughly every five minutes. One well-behaved dog can come free. The property is non-smoking.

Nearby attractions include Arreton Barns, a working farm and craft centre, and Robin Hill Adventure Park. Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle and Ventnor Botanical Gardens are all within driving distance. The nearest beach is seven miles away; a shop, pub and restaurant are one mile off.
