Built in 2023, Trafalgar is a contemporary detached house designed for larger groups and families. The ground floor centres on an open-plan living space with bi-fold doors that open straight onto the garden, allowing views across the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is fitted for cooking from scratch, with electric hob and oven, dishwasher and breakfast bar; the dining area seats eight. Bedrooms span both floors: two doubles on the ground level (each arranged as zip-and-link beds, so configurable), and two further doubles upstairs. Three shower rooms with walk-in showers serve the bedrooms, and one includes an ensuite. The property sleeps 8 and comes with essentials including wi-fi, bed linen and towels; heating is provided by an air-source system.

The back garden has a sitting area with furniture and a barbecue, and there is parking for three cars. One dog stays free. The house sits between Newport and the village of Arreton, about a 10-minute drive from Ryde's seafront. From the lane at the bottom of the property you can walk or cycle directly into the surrounding landscape. The Island Pilates Centre is nearby. This is a no-smoking property and is available to families and groups only.
