What visitors say

Mixed feelings. Second time over there, first was via other kids birthday and this time a voluntary visit. Our young kids had a good time and this is positive. However, the prices are higher that the actual amenities when comparing with other softplays, the café drinks quality is low, the staff is hit or miss, and the hand sanitizer dispensers are empty (would have thought their margins allow for refills...). No booking possible and cash only. Parking fills up quickly at peak times.

Been here multiple times with my son and feel it is value for money. If you dont feel that way, sure the public parks are free. Remind me again, do the local parks come with a roof, heating, toilets and plenty of seating for parents? Is the the local park clean, in good repair and offer cafe facilities? Just to be sure does the local council insure you and make it possible to claim if your child is hurt? Because all the above comes free and the staff work for free, you would expect more for your money right? If you are going to review somewhere at least make it sensible.

Pricing for 2 grandparents with a one year child for one hour £11.95. Adults £1.50 each. child one year old £8.95. He just looked about pushed him round in a toy car. If using cafe it must be within you hour play time. So half hour play. Half hour eating 2 coffees chips one panina £15. Food was very good. But £27 for an hour is a bit steep considering he's only one year old. And we're pensioners

My daughter loves this soft play but just wish the staff would cheer up, expecially reception. Manners and a smile cost nothing. Apparently the prefer cash although the one in Paisley weren't bothered.

People say this soft play area offers a great variety of activities for kids of all ages, is kept very tidy, and features well-organized parties with friendly staff.

Other reviews mention pricing can be expensive and staff can be unhelpful.
